AUTHOR’S NOTE

My journey began in the vibrant streets of Lahore and took me
to the financial heart of London in 2007. However, the most
significant milestone of my life occurred on 10th April 2011,
the day I consciously returned to Islam with clarity and
conviction. That decision did not merely transform my
spirituality, it redefined my understanding of leadership,
responsibility and excellence.

From that point forward, my career was no longer a pursuit of
personal success. It became a commitment to Ihsan
(excellence anchored in truth) and a mission to build a legacy
that endures beyond profit and position.

For over fifteen years in the United Kingdom, I served in
Senior Executive and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) roles for
various world-class organisations, operating from London’s
global headquarters.

Having worked at that level gave me direct exposure to the
internal mechanics of high-performing global organisations’
governance structures, strategic execution, financial
discipline, institutional cultures, long-term vision building and
the ethical foundations that serve as the bedrock of global
leadership.

I gradually saw that the leadership principles admired in
contemporary institutions reflected timeless foundations
already articulated in the Qur’an and Sunnah. After more than
a decade in executive leadership abroad, I returned to
Pakistan with a deliberate mission and with a blueprint to
contribute to the rebuilding of principled leadership at scale.

My work focuses on developing individuals who combine faith,
competence and disciplined execution, through education,
structured training, strategic frameworks and cross-partner
collaborations.

Having said the above, I am committed to developing
principled leaders with purpose. My organsation is dedicated
to creating a framework for generational development.

We bridge the gap between high-level corporate strategy
and the grassroots, from equipping our youth with self
reliance to empowering Madrassa students with the financial
literacy and entrepreneurial spirit needed to lead in a
modern economy

This series of books is my contribution to our collective
“Forgotten Purpose”. Whether you are a student, a
professional or a scholar, these pages are designed to move
you towards sincerity (Ikhlas) in intention, precision in
actions, integrity and excellence in conduct to reach a global
standard of professionalism in family life, business and
society at large.

We are not just building careers, we are rebuilding a nation.
We are not just writing books, we are drafting the future.

Nations do not decline because of a lack of resources.
They decline because of a lack of principled leadership.
This work is not meant to be admired. Its purpose is to
produce leaders. The purpose is fulfilled only when principled
leadership becomes the norm, not the exception and they
carry these standards forward across generations.

I conclude this note with a reflection inspired by the vision of
our National poet, Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal, whose words
continue to call the Muslim world towards dignity, purpose and
leadership.

Do not wait for recognition. Earn your place through discipline,
integrity and service.

Create your own path and work to bring forward a new era
guided by courage, responsibility and the principles of Islamic
justice.

Purpose is discovered through sincere self-reflection. When a
person understands who they are and what they stand for,
their direction becomes clear.

Never trade your dignity for temporary gain. Even in hardship,
protect your honour and build your reputation through
character rather than wealth.

Our youth must rise with the strength of mind and clarity of
faith, prepared like falcons, independent in thought, firm in
conviction and ready to carry the responsibility of shaping the
future.
